How browser storage and optional video players work on this website.

Our approach
This policy explains browser storage and optional external content on this website. A cookie is a small file saved by a website in your browser; similar technologies can also store or access information on a device.
The website’s own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, or save preferences or enquiry details in localStorage or sessionStorage. Form choices and animation state are held temporarily while the page is open. There is no analytics or advertising service configured in the site application.
Website and hosting services
| Feature | What happens |
|---|---|
| Public pages, images and fonts | Served from this website. They do not require a visitor account. |
| Enquiry and privacy request forms | Send the submitted information to the website’s private enquiry inbox. The site application does not use a tracking cookie for these forms. |
| Hosting, security and owner sign-in | The hosting platform may use essential delivery, security or authentication cookies. Owner sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. These are separate from advertising or analytics features added by the business. |
| Optional YouTube or Vimeo video | Blocked until you choose “Load video from YouTube” or “Load video from Vimeo”. Loading the player connects your browser to that provider. |
Optional project videos
If a project contains a video, we first show a local placeholder. Before you load it, the website does not request the player or a preview image from the video provider.
Choosing to load a video permits that provider’s player to load for that video. The provider receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar storage under its own policies. YouTube players use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com address; this does not mean the player processes no personal information.
You can leave the video unloaded and still use the website. The “Remove video” control unloads the player. Reloading the page resets this choice; we do not save it in a cookie. Removing the player does not erase cookies a provider has already saved.
Read the Google / YouTube privacy policy and Vimeo privacy policy before choosing to load their content.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect hosting security or owner sign-in. We do not ask you to accept advertising or analytics cookies to browse this website.
A site-wide consent banner is not used for the current application because no optional analytics or advertising code is configured. Optional video players have their own clearly labelled load controls. If optional tracking features are introduced, the policy and the choices offered will need to change before those features load.
Questions and changes
For privacy or cookie questions, use the privacy request form. Business contact details are currently temporary. We will update this page when browser storage or external content changes.
